Fulfilment Policy
At FLY DIFFERENT LLC, we are committed to delivering top-notch B2B SaaS content marketing services, specifically designed to help businesses increase their user engagement and boost revenue through high-quality, in-depth technical content. The following outlines how we handle the fulfillment of our services:
Types of Services Offered: Our services include writing detailed and technical content such as articles, white papers, case studies, and press releases. These services are tailored to meet the specific needs of B2B SaaS companies. We do not provide physical products; all services are digital.
Order Processing Time: After confirming the project and receiving all necessary information from the client, the processing and delivery of content typically take between 1-2 weeks. In cases of higher complexity or special custom orders, we will notify the client of an adjusted delivery timeline. We work diligently to ensure timely delivery and keep clients updated on the status of their projects.
Delivery Method: Since all our services are digital, completed work will be delivered via email in the form of a Google Doc link. Clients are expected to provide the correct email address for delivery at the time of project initiation.
Geographical Limitations: Our services are available to clients globally. Most of our customers are based in the United States, but we also work with clients in Europe and other regions. There are no geographical restrictions on the digital delivery of our services.
Customer Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for providing clear instructions and timely communication to ensure the successful delivery of the requested service.

Refund Policy
At FLY DIFFERENT LLC, client satisfaction is our priority. However, in the event that you are not satisfied with our services, we offer the following refund policy:
Eligibility for Refunds: You may request a full refund if:
- The content has not been delivered by the agreed deadline.
- The delivered content does not meet the agreed specifications outlined during the project initiation (e.g., missing elements, off-topic content, or incorrect formatting).
Non-Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds will not be provided for:
- Completed custom services that meet the agreed specifications.
- Projects where the client fails to provide sufficient information or timely feedback.
- Minor revisions that are covered under the free revision policy.
Refund Request Timeframe: Refunds can be requested within 30 days of receiving the final content delivery. After this period, refunds will not be processed.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that projects or business needs can change.
To accommodate this, FLY DIFFERENT LLC offers the following cancellation terms:
Cancellation Window:
- For standard content services (e.g., articles, blog posts), clients may cancel their order within 2-3 business days of placing the order, provided that work has not begun.
- For custom services or urgent content projects, cancellation is only available if requested immediately upon placing the order and before any work has commenced.
How to Cancel: Clients wishing to cancel their order must send an email to ayomide@ayomidejoseph.com as soon as possible. In the cancellation email, please provide the project name, date of order, and reason for the cancellation. Once the cancellation is processed, we will notify the client within 1-2 business days.
Exceptions:
- Custom Services: Any order that involves custom or highly tailored content cannot be canceled once work has started. Clients will be notified when the work on custom content begins.
- Digital Downloads: For any digital files that have already been delivered (e.g., completed content via Google Docs), cancellations will not be allowed.No
- Cancellation Fees: We do not charge any cancellation fees, provided the order is canceled within the allowed timeframe.
